Production Begins On Dave Grohl Biopic
A documentary about the legendary career of Dave Grohl has begun filming.
The news of the film shooting was broken by Annandale High School principal Tim Thomas, who shared it on Twitter after he spotted a film crew on his campus.
On Wednesday, he shared a photo of him and a friend posing with the singer, multi-instrumentalist and film director.
“Went outside to investigate a film crew on campus only to discover that it was Dave Grohl from ?@foofighters? who went to AHS and whose mother was an English teacher at AHS. What a treat! Go Atoms,” he tweeted.
In September, Grohl’s mother, Virginia Hanlon Grohl, confirmed that a biopic was in the making.
She says that the movie focuses on the Foo Fighters frontman’s career “from Scream to Nirvana to Foo Fighters.”
