Priscilla Presley’s son admits he ‘doesn’t miss’ Lisa Marie after feud

Priscilla Presley breaks down during emotional TalkTV interview

Priscilla Presley’s son has gotten candid about the death of his sister Lisa Marie Presley and their turbulent relationship over the years.

Following her death at the age of 54 earlier this year, Navarone Garibaldi, 36, posted a touching tribute to Elvis Presley’s only daughter on social media.

He admitted they had their differences but he was “lost for words” at her death, signing off “Love you sis”.

However, he’s since shared more insight into their long-standing feud in controversial social media videos and an interview on YouTube.

During a recent Instagram Live, Navarone admitted he “didn’t miss” his late sister.

“Well, you’re entitled to your opinion,” he told his 39.5K followers.

“I’m sure she was good to some. I have made peace.

“I’m not gonna to lie and say I miss her, but I’ll say it’s strange.”

Some fans criticised him for “trash-talking” his sister, to which he replied: “I didn’t talk trash, all I did was speak the truth.

“But sometimes I get egged on when people ask me questions and I just blurt out the first thing that comes to my mind. It’s not like I plan on it, I just can’t help myself.”

Elsewhere, Navarone spoke to Aaron Smith-Levin about his childhood in Scientology, and shared his complicated thoughts on Lisa Marie’s drinking habits.

“The problem with my sister and I is that she would drink, and she had five security people with her everywhere she went,” he recalled.

“So I would just try and go and do my own thing. I’m not a huge drinker… I prefer smoking pot.”

Navarone explained that Lisa Marie “hated” him smoking marijuana, and would call up their mother Priscilla when she caught him.

“Then she [Lisa Marie] would drink and she’d kind of look around the room and say, ‘Errrr, you’…” he said.

“Then she’d decide to go off and tell you everything that’s wrong with you and your life.

“It was pretty destructful [destructive]. I never got angry like that, I never said anything I didn’t mean when I smoked pot, but she would say really awful things to me that kind of kept us from being close when she would drink.”

At one point in the video, host Aaron said he didn’t have the privilege of knowing Lisa Marie, to which Navarone laughed and replied: “That’s not a privilege… sorry, sorry.”
