Midland Earn First Top Country Albums No. 1 With ‘Let It Roll’

Midland‘s Let It Roll rose to the top spot on Billboard‘s Top Country Albums chart dated September 7, earning the band its first No. 1 on the list.

According to Nielsen Music, the album logged 22,000 equivalent album units during the tracking week, with 16,000 in album sales.

The album, which features Mark Wystrach, Jess Carson and Cameron Duddy, follows the band’s debut studio album, On The Rocks, released in 2017.

The album’s first single, “Mr. Lonely,” advanced 29-25 on Country Airplay, rising 10% to 6.5 million impressions. On the Hot Country Songs chart, the song climbed 39-31.
