Marshmello Shares Behind-The-Scenes Look At Video For "Here With Me"

Marshmello has released a behind-the-scenes look at the video for “Here With Me,” a collaboration with Chvrches, which highlights the family and work life of an honest firefighter.

Encouraging fans to contribute to the First Responder Support Network charity, the young DJ released a short video featuring interviews with real firefighters, who open up about the various joys and difficulties of being involved in such a life-threatening profession.

“It’s a job we train really hard for. We spend a lot of time training to keep ourselves safe. We do a lot of prep work for a lot of the calls we have to go on, but it adds a lot of stress to the family. It adds a lot of stress to ourselves; it’s the price you pay for being able to hang your hat. You’re proud of the work that you do,” one of the firefighters shared.

The director of the video, Mercedes Bryce Morgan added that her team “checked with firefighters to really make sure that the story was really authentic to firefighters, to make sure that we’re doing things with complete accuracy, as much as possible.”

“I feel honored to have someone recognize us, the way that Marshmello has,” added another worker.
