When asked about what he will do now he is out of the jungle, Malique once again mentioned that he is going to eat a lot, hang out with his mum and FaceTime his daughter.

Dec also informed camp mates that John is fine after spraining his ankle and hoping to rejoin the camp mates once he has recoverd.

The camp suffered a difficult night’s sleep after it was invaded by an army of toads and Malique complained he’d suffered the worst night’s sleep.

The noise and scuttering managed to keep them awake most of the night, aside from Rita and James who said they slept more deeply than any other night after being promoted to the palace tent.

Nick decided it was time to resume his exercise regime, starting with 100 sit ups and then 30 push ups.

Observing his efforts, Fleur said: ‘I’m no fitness expert and he started out all right but it looked like he was doing the worm, his bum was dipping as he was going down! Whoa go Nick.’

Fleur hilariously reenacted Nick’s efforts while shouting ‘Go nick, go nick!’

Sitting around the camp fire just before cooking breakfast, Fleur started to sing their song ‘I like my bum’, which they all joined in heartily improvising beat boxing and rapping and adding new lines.

Working out: Nick decided it was time to resume his exercise regime, starting with 100 sit ups and then 30 push ups

‘I like my bum, I like my thighs, they are nice’, Fleur sang with a back beat of ‘rice and beans’ led by Nick Knowles.

Inspired by Nick’s unconventional work out, Dec attempted to copy his usual worm style press ups while back in the studio with Holly.

Talking in the Bush Telegraph, Fleur said ‘I can’t believe I’ve been voted to do a Bushtucker Trial, thank you, I think!? Hopefully it’s not too horrific. I have to be careful what I wish for, I really wanted to do a trial and now I’m like ‘arghh, help me’.’

Fleur admits that she’s feeling the pressure but is happy to be doing the trial as she feels that the public have heard her cry to compete in a trial.

The trial includes Fleur lying on a giant pizza base, where a topping was shot out at Fleur before she had to whack a pinata with a rolling pin.

But the 31-year-old is so starving from her grueling stay in the jungle that she starts to eat the first thing that is chucked on to her – rotten tomatoes.

‘Oh my God, are you eating them?’ host Holly Willoughby asks, disgusted, as the 100kg of soggy redness splatters onto Fleur.

‘I need all the vitamins I can get!’ the singer insists, licking her lips.

Her appetite is soon diminished, however, as 20kg of meal worms land on her next, as she is tasked with smashing apart a pinata, dangled above her containing stars.

As per the rules, stars represent meals for the campmates, and Fleur is seen hammering the tomato-shaped pinata – which also contains a further 5kg of meal worms – desperate to feed her co-stars.

The next topping dropped on Fleur, 100kg of offal, ‘Oh that stinks’ said Fleur. Holly turned to Dec, ‘The hottest day and she’s got 100kg of offal on her.’

The second piñata swung round shaped like a sausage, the klaxon sounded and Fleur started bashing it. ‘Go on, bash the sausage.’ said Dec.

Moments later more than 20,000 crickets dropped on Fleur as she attempted to bash the pinata earning herself another two stars.

Gross: The next topping dropped on Fleur, 100kg of offal, ‘Oh that stinks’ said Fleur. Holly turned to Dec, ‘The hottest day and she’s got 100kg of offal on her.’

Things went from bad to worse for Fleur as she was soon covered in 100kg of fish guts claiming that it was ‘so disgusting’.

The third piñata swung round in the shape of a fish as 25,000 cockroaches fell on Fleur, she powered through, bashed the piñata and got won more stars.

The next topping was 100kg of rotten vegetables, ‘What happened to the cheese?’ joked Fleur. ‘Hold tight, it might be coming’ said Holly, ‘Be careful what you wish for’ said Dec.

The final topping dropped on Fleur, 100kg of rotten cheese, while the last piñata swung round shaped like a cheese and Fleur started to bash it as mealworms, crickets and cockroaches fell on her.

Fleur managed to smash half of the piñata to reveal one star but she still had another to go. ‘Picture Simon Cowell’s face’ said Dec.

Brave: Fleur was also covered in fish guts during the gruesome trial

Fleur smashed the piñata and got the final star, she got all 10 stars for camp. Fleur got out of the topping base, Dec said ‘You look so cheesy.’

‘Stop licking your lips’ laughed Holly. Walking back to camp, Fleur said ‘Disgusting. Thank god there’s no smell-o- vision because I stink. 10 stars for camp!’

Walking back into camp Fleur told the other celebrities what had happened at the trial. She said: ‘I got 1 star’, paused, looked around and said: ‘For each of your asses.’

Talking in the Bush Telegraph, Fleur said ‘I really wanted to test and push myself, that’s what I came here to do, to have the full Jungle experience.

‘I’m so happy the public gave me that nudge and a chance to actually do a trial, I’m really pleased.’

Back in the studio, Dec said: ‘The trials team bought us a pizza to apologise for putting us through that Bushtucker trial’, however Dec suddenly shut the pizza in horror when he realised there was pineapple on it.

Play time: The celebrities were all resting in camp, John and Emily were sharing a hammock playing around trying to connect each other’s feet together.

‘Who puts pineapple on a pizza?’ asked Holly, while Dec replied ‘perverts Holly! and Australians, same thing though.’

The celebrities were all resting in camp, John and Emily were sharing a hammock playing around trying to connect each other’s feet together.

‘I’m the most inflexible, ridiculously unfit person ever.’ said Emily.

Emily said she couldn’t touch her toes and got up to show everyone how bad at dropping to the floor in a seductive manner she was.

She was soon joined by Malique and John who attempted to show off their skills, John reported to the Bush Telegraph that he was twice their age and still able to get down.

Inflexible: Emily said she couldn’t touch her toes and got up to show everyone how bad at dropping to the floor in a seductive manner she was

Emily commented that she’d be the worst pole dancer ever, before getting up and trying to sexy dance much to Fleur, John and Malique’s amusement.

John prompted to do a ‘s**t drop’, Emily tried unsuccessfully to do it and nearly fell into the fire.

Talking in the Bush Telegraph, Fleur said ‘She is just Calamity Em, I think that would be a disaster, pole dancing gone wrong.’

Confessions: While Emily kept trying to do more drops, Fleur said: ‘I don’t know what’s wrong with me but I’m obsessed with strip clubs, I love them. I like sitting there and watching them.’

However Fleur was evidently an expert in the field as she got up to show Emily and the rest of the gang how it was done.

In the privacy of the Bush Telegraph, John said: ‘Emily’s pole dancing, whatever you want to call them, she’s bad, she makes these noises like you do after you’ve had a poo.’

Talking in the Bush Telegraph, Sair said ‘I was so surprised to hear that Fleur East like to hit up strip clubs.’

Fleur said ‘I’ve always loved going to strip clubs, I don’t know why, I think maybe it’s because like you shouldn’t be there, the whole thing fascinates me.’

Later on Emily and John were lying together on a hammock and came up with a heart shaped handshake.

Anne was watching them and revealed: ‘There’s a thing the Chasers do before the final chase, we all put out hands in (on top of each other) and go ‘batter them’!’

Fleur said ‘I’ve always loved going to strip clubs, I don’t know why, I think maybe it’s because like you shouldn’t be there, the whole thing fascinates me.’

John remarked: ‘That’s not unfriendly at all is it?’

‘We want to win, we want to beat the contestants!’ insisted Anne.

John asked how often the Chasers lose, ‘About one time in four’ Anne replied.

Asked by Emily if she felt bad when she wins and people lose money she said: ‘No it’s my job and it’s their job to beat us, they do get a head start.’

Meanwhile Fleur and Malique did a conga up to the dunny to empty it, and as has become custom in this year’s series they made up a song as they went.

Talking in the Bush Telegraph, Sair said ‘I was so surprised to hear that Fleur East like to hit up strip clubs.’

Fleur said: ‘Oh that really smells. That is disgusting, hold your breath.’

Malique replied: ‘Dunny duty is the worst job you can have, it absolutely stunk.’

The pair reeled with the stench as they moved the dunny, with Malique running away from the job and keeling over in the corner.

‘It smelled like hell, like dead rats or something. Disgusting, nasty business.’

Curious: John asked how often the Chasers lose, ‘About one time in four’ Anne replied.

As they headed back towards camp Fleur added ‘you wouldn’t think we were starving from that (the smell)’, while John told the duo that he thought they were ‘hilarious’.

Rita and Harry were chosen to do the day’s Dingo Dollar Challenge, with the actress reading out the laminate: ‘ ‘To win the dollars, you’ll need to be bold and scour the creek in search of the gold.

‘When your nuggets have reached the required weight the dollars will be released from the crate.’

Gold diggers: Rita and Harry were chosen to do the day’s Dingo Dollar Challenge

Rita said: ‘We’ve come into the Jungle and found this weird looking creek, a sieve thing, scales and a crate.’ Harry added, ‘We’ve got to sieve and find enough gold to tip the scales and get us out of here.’

Rita and Harry dressed up as gold hunters, Rita looked at her outfit and said ‘I was once in FHM’s sexiest female…to this, where did it all go wrong?’

Rita and Harry started to look for gold through the creek and sand but they soon had half of the gold needed to reach the scale weight for the Dingo Dollars.

Jokers: Rita and Harry dressed up as gold hunters, Rita looked at her outfit and said ‘I was once in FHM’s sexiest female…to this, where did it all go wrong?’

‘Looking for gold with Rita in the creek, dressed like this, oh my god, what’s happened?!’ laughed Harry.

Rita and Harry finally completed the challenge and got the Dingo Dollars. With an American accident they sang ‘Show me the way to go home’ and they headed to Kiosk Kev.

Rita and Harry arrived to see Kiosk Kev, they saw on his sign that they had a choice of crisps or ice pops, they both agreed on ice pops.

Kiosk Kev called the camp and James answered the phone. The question was what percentage of the British public would describe themselves as having no religious affiliation? A/53% or B/33%.

Rita and Harry thought it might be 53% but the camp decided to go for 33%. Kiosk Kev shut his kiosk, they had got the question wrong. Rita and Harry walked back into camp and the celebrities realised they’d got the question wrong as they were empty handed.

Ahead of their evening meal the celebs discussed fantasy dinner party guests, with Fleur revealing that she would resurrect Michael Jackson and let him teach her his moves.

Question time: Kiosk Kev called the camp and James answered the phone. The question was what percentage of the British public would describe themselves as having no religious affiliation? A/53% or B/33%

Sair said: ‘I’ll take your Oprah and raise you two Obamas, they seem really funny and chilled and would tell us all the secrets.’ Malique agreed and said he’d also ask Morgan Freeman along.

Nick wanted Sir Francis Drake and Prince Harry. ‘I was going to go with Billy Crystal for some comedy but in the end I decided that Prince Harry is a good crack and he’s such a top lad and he would bring all the laughs we needed.’

Harry opted for Muhammad Ali ‘the greatest sportsman of all time’, Frank Sinatra and Winston Churchill.

What are your thoughts? Rita and Harry thought it might be 53% but the camp decided to go for 33%. Kiosk Kev shut his kiosk, they had got the question wrong

James’ choice was Martin Luther King and David Attenborough. For Rita it was Will Ferrell and ‘not just because he’s funny but because he’s super smart and Seth McFarlane. It’s all laughs no serious talk at my dinner party.’

John chose Robin Williams, Queen Victoria and Prince Albert. Emily wanted Celine Dion so she could sing to her all night and ‘I’d force her to do a duet with me and I’d have Whoopi Goldberg – and Bradley Cooper for desert,’ she joked.

Anne said she was struggling as there were so many people she would want to invite but narrowed it down to Dr Johnson ‘he’s my favourite historical figure, and I’d want to know what he thought about trains, bars and the internet and then I’d have Jelly Roll Morton, a jazz musician of the early 20th century.

Deep discussion: Ahead of their evening meal the celebs discussed fantasy dinner party guests, with Fleur revealing that she would resurrect Michael Jackson and let him teach her his moves

She said: ‘Those two might not have much in common so the person who might be able to understand what both of them were talking about is a woman called Deirdre McCloskey, she’s a historian of the 18th century and she’d manage to confuse both of them because she’s trans and I think they’d probably not met a trans person before.’

Fleur said those names went right over her head.

Harry agreed: ‘It sounded like it could be the most boring dinner party in history and I would have fallen asleep in my soup after about two minutes.

He told her in camp: ‘Anne I’m booked up that night!’

While the camp mates were cooking their dinner Harry and John go for a wander before John cried out in agony.

The camp mates worried over John as they discussed what had happened, while he was removed from the jungle by workers.
