Lizzo’s ‘Good As Hell’ Tops Billboard’s Top TV Songs Chart

Lizzo‘s “Good as Hell” tops Billboard‘s Top TV Songs chart for November 2020 after the song was featured in an episode of Netflix‘s “Virgin River.”

“Good as Hell” appeared in the seventh episode of the second season of “Virgin River,” which premiered on November 27.

In November 2020, the song earned 11.6 million U.S. on-demand streams and 7,000 downloads, according to Nielsen Music/MRC Data. In the tracking week ending December 3, during which “Virgin River” premiered, the song spiked 256% in digital sales.

“Good as Hell” was written by Lizzo, Ricky Reed and produced by Reed. It was released on October 7, 2016, through Atlantic Records and Nice Life Recording Company as the lead single from her debut extended play Coconut Oil.

However, it was re-released in 2019 as a radio single, where it became a sleeper hit like her first hit, “Truth Hurts.” It entered the Billboard Hot 100, peaking at number three in November 2019. The single has received a triple platinum certification by the RIAA.
