Lauren Pope has been spotted showing off her natural beauty as she's gone makeup-free for an outing.

The 38 year old, who recently shared her top tips for getting babies to sleep, was photographed walking down the street bundled up in warm clothing to protect herself from the chilly weather.

The TV personality wore a cream-coloured hoodie over a pair of plain black leggings and teamed the look with a massive shiny black puffer jacket that came down to her thighs.

Keeping in tune with the casual theme, the former TOWIE star also donned a pair of white-grey trainers.

However, while the star may have dressed down for her trip to the shops, she accessorised with an incredible black Gucci leather handbag worth £865, in which she kept all her valuables including a face mask.

Remembering to stay hydrated, the star also clutched a litre bottle of water.

The TV personality, who recently reflected on the "tough" birth of her little one and said she still looks "five months pregnant", opted to wear zero make up, allowing her natural beauty to shine through.

Completing the ensemble, Lauren decided to style her blonde mane down to frame her face with her usual middle parting.

It comes as the reality star recently took to her Instagram feed to share a sweet mother-daughter snap.

Lauren donned a baggy teal-coloured jumper teamed with a pair of black jogging bottoms as she cradled her little one, who could be seen dressed in a white babygrow with pink flowers all over it.

Lauren wore a full face of make up for the occasion as she had a smoky eye look with flawless contouring.

In the caption, the proud mum explained that she's figured out the trick to getting the perfect blow dry in just 10 minutes with the help of a hairdresser.

Promising that she will post a tutorial of it, she continued: "We actually filmed this & a few other quick hair looks so I’ll get these up ASAP for those of you that also now only get approximately 20 mins to yourself each day lol," alongside a baby emoji, dog emoji and a baby bottle emoji.
