Katy Perry, Cardi B, & Keith Urban Among Winners At Inaugural Lockdown Awards

Katy Perry, Cardi B and Keith Urban were among the winners at the inaugural Lockdown Awards held on Friday (December 11), which were livestreamed via livexlive.com.

The Hyundai-sponsored exclusive “LiveXLive Presents: The Lockdown Awards,” which honored “the best of the best who created and entertained the world amidst the pandemic,” was hosted by Trey SongZ.

Cardi B won the award under the category Musicians Not Playing Music for DIY Hair Mask.

Perry earned the award in the Mind=Blown: Favorite Use of Tech category for “Tomorrowland Around the World.”

Urban, who performed “Higher Love” at the Global Citizen One World: Together At Home concert, got an award under the category Room with a View: Favorite Creative Direction.

Busta Rhymes, Meg Donnelly, Loren Gray, Tori Kelly, Kiiara and Alex Rose were among the presenters at the event.

Lauv and Conan Gray, Ally Brooke, Avenue Beat, Wiz Khalifa and several other stars performed during the event.

Winners were determined by fans voting on LiveXLive at livexlive.com/TheLockdownAwards as well as Twitter submissions starting October 6, 2020.
