Katie Price writing ‘explosive’ new book as she risks rows with Peter Andre and Kieran Hayler

Katie Price is reportedly set to detail her marriage to Peter Andre as she pens her seventh tell-all book after a “nightmare year” which saw the star being declared bankrupt.

The mother-of-five, 41, is said to be hoping to cash in with an “explosive” new book which will “set the record straight” on her past marriages.

According to reports, the former glamour model will “openly” discuss her financial struggles as well as her relationships with ex boyfriend Charles Drury and Kris Boyson.

A source close to the star revealed: “Katie is determined to turn over a new leaf in 2020. It is the start of a new decade and Katie wants to make a success of it.

“Part of her plan of letting go of the past is setting the record straight about everything that’s happened.”

The insider added to The Sun: “Katie has a lot she wants to say. And Charles in particular had better watch out because there is a lot she has to say on him and their relationship.

“Also, Katie has a lot of messages and pictures from the last couple of years that she has been keeping under wraps. There will also be a lot of surprises in there. Katie has said she might also combine it with a new speaking tour where fans can ask her questions. She’s not got anything to hide.”

It comes after reports that Katie’s ex husbands, Kieran Hayler and Peter Andre, “banned” her from taking her children on holiday to Thailand, where she currently is with eldest son Harvey, 17.

According to reports, singer Peter and father-of-two Kieran worried about the children “missing school”.

Katie is said to have wanted to take Princess, Bunny and Jett away on holiday, but friends have reportedly told The Sun their dads, Kieran and Peter, were concerned they wouldn’t be back in time for the new school term.

An insider told the publication: “Katie is desperate for a holiday and has given herself the first two weeks off work to go away and get a tan.

“But Kieran and Pete weren’t keen on her taking the kids away on a long haul holiday. Katie is always a bit disorganised when it comes to booking return flights, especially if she’s talked a friend into paying for them.”

They added: “I think the kids’ dad’s were worried they’d miss the first few days of term in January, which isn’t fair on them.

“It’s not like they’ve had a huge row, they’ve just asked Katie to consider going on holiday alone and leaving the children to prepare for their first day back.“
