Kaley Cuoco's husband gifted her stuffed replica of late dog following his death
Kaley Cuoco has revealed her husband gifted her a stuffed replica of her late dog Norman – and our hearts are melting.
The Big Bang Theory star sadly lost her beloved pooch in January, and at the time, she said she was suffering ‘earth-shattering, deep, gut-wrenching pain’.
She was later treated to a stuffed replica of Norman from husband Karl Cook as a present for their third wedding anniversary – and Kaley has said it has made her ‘so happy’ and brought ‘so much joy’.
Speaking to People, she explained: ‘It was just so sweet and so thoughtful. When I saw it, I was so happy. It brought me so much joy and so many quick memories of my dog. You know, my dog changed my life.
‘People might think it’s creepy, but I love it. It sits on the couch and it literally feels real to me. I will cherish it forever.’
The 35-year-old has since shared a look at the replica model on Instagram Stories, as she uploaded a selfie of her posing with it.
‘And yes that’s a Norman stuffed animal,’ she wrote. ‘Best anniversary gift ever @mrtankcook.’
Another photo shows her proudly holding the replica as she dons pyjamas featuring Norman’s face on them.
‘I love my new Norman PJs!’ she said. ‘@mrtankcook knows me so well!’
Kaley had previously confirmed the news of Norman’s death on Instagram, as she shared two black and white pictures of her cuddling up to the dog.
She captioned the post: ‘Earth shattering deep gut wrenching pain I didn’t know was possible. Norman, you were my entire world for 14 years.
‘Thank you for smiling at me as you left this world, confirming once again our language was ours alone. You will always have my heart.’
Since Norman’s passing, Kaley and Karl have adopted a Mastiff dog named Larry.
Sharing a series of snaps of the new pet, she said: ‘When you know you know! Welcome to the family, Larry!
‘He’s a 9 year old ginormous mastiff chunk mutt of love and we are obsessed. Thank you @pawsforlifek9 and @rita_earl_blackell for the perfect addition to our lives.’
She added: ‘Also thank you to his previous fosters for taking amazing care of him!’
Kaley and Karl are also the proud owners of a put bull mix named Blueberry, pit mix Shirley, a terrier called Ruby, and bulldog Thank. They also own 25 horses, a rabbit and a goat.
