Coleen Rooney heads to church after reports of hubby’s drinking session

Coleen Rooney heads to church… but it could be absent hubby Wayne who is praying for forgiveness.

Catholic Coleen, 32, and dad Tony were at the Shrine of the Blessed Sacrament in Washington, where footie ace Roo plays for DC United.

The visit came after reports the former England star partied with barmaid Vicki Rosiek, 32, in a 10-hour drinking session after the Superbowl.

The claims are said to have rocked Coleen’s trust in Roo, coming weeks after he was arrested for public intoxication at an airport.

And in 2017 Roo, 33, was caught drink-driving in the car of party girl Laura Simpson after picking her up in a club in Alderley Edge, Cheshire, while Coleen was away on holiday.

Coleen, then pregnant with fourth son Cass, forgave him.

But she was seen without her wedding ring after Roo’s latest own-goal and it is claimed she wants him to go into rehab.

"They had a nice Valentine’s Day evening together," a source told The Sun .

"Coleen’s calmed down and she wants to move on and get their family life back on track.

"It’s partly for the sake of her sons but also she feels they’ve been through too much together for her to walk away now and she loves him."
