Chris Brown Wins Big At 2020 Soul Train Awards
Chris Brown hogged the limelight at the 2020 Soul Train Awards show on Sunday (November 29), bagging awards in four categories.
The event, hosted by Tisha Campbell and Tichina Arnold, and featuring several performances, was aired at 8 pm ET on BET, BET Her, VH1 and MTV2.
Brown won the award for Best R&B/Soul Male Artist and shared honors with Young Thug for Song of the Year, Best Dance Performance and Best Collaboration for their hit “Go Crazy.”
H.E.R. had a great day as well, winning the awards for Best R&B/Soul Female Artist and The Ashford & Simpson Songwriter’s Award for “I Can’t Breathe.
The Soul Train Awards honored artists across 12 categories. The event also recognized Summer Walker, Megan Thee Stallion, Brandy, Beyoncé, Blue Ivy, Saint Jhn & Wizkid, Snoh Aalegra and Kirk Franklin for their special contributions to the R&B and hip hop genre.
