Chloe Green shows off her new man weeks after splitting from Jeremy Meeks

Topshop heiress Chloe Green has been spotted canoodling with a new man just eight weeks after splitting from ‘hot felon’ Jeremy Meeks.

Chloe and 35-year-old Jeremy, who have one son together, allegedly called off their engagement after two years of dating.

According to US Weekly, the pair remain on talking terms.

The 28-year-old socialite has now embarked on a new relationship with Monte Carlo’s polo captain Rommy Gianni.

Rommy, 42, is the president of the Monte Carlo Polo Federation and captains the oldest polo team in the principality.

The Rome-born sportsman has lived in Monte Carlo for the past 31 years, and his family have a farm in Tuscany.

The Italian stud regularly posts photographs of his ripped and tattooed physique to his Instagram page, where he currently has more than 10,000 followers.

Chloe and her new man were spotted getting up close and personal on the deck of her dad’s £125million super yacht as they sailed around Sardinia.

It is reported that Jeremy – a criminal turned supermodel – was surprised to see images of the pair.

While Chloe and Rommy have both shared individual snaps from their holiday on their respective Instagram pages, they have kept their relationship out of the spotlight and do not feature on each others profiles.

Reports of a rift between Jeremy and Sir Philip Green’s only daughter emerged after he missed their son Jayden’s first birthday, just days after he was spotted cozying up to model Andreea Sadu at the Cannes Film Festival in May.

Around the same time, Chloe was repeatedly seen without her engagement ring.
