Carol Vorderman showcases her curves in latex skirt as she joins Strictly’s Angela Rippon at star-studded awards

Carol Vorderman stunned in a figure-hugging latex skirt on Friday as she joined a host of celebrities including Strictly's Angela Rippon and former Love Island host Laura Whitmore at a star-studded awards event.

The TV legend, 62, showcased her enviable curves in her fashionable ensemble which featured a skintight midi skirt and fitted, long-sleeved top.

The presenter, who has long been admired for her peachy posterior – winning Rear of the Year in 2011 and 2014 – as well as her toned, age-defying physique, wowed as she stepped out at the Women in Film & Television Awards.

Carol joined other famous faces including Victoria Derbyshire and Katherine Ryan at the event in London.

Carol turned heads at the occasion as she posed up a storm for cameras.

She opted for a neutral-coloured outfit which perfectly accentuated her famous curves and accessorised it with statement leopard-print heels.

The star wore her golden locks in a curly blow dry while she showed off her pearly whites as she flashed her dazzling smile.

Carol's appearance at the event comes just a week after she glammed up in a bright red leather-look dress for this year's ITV Palooza.

She reunited with fellow presenter Laura Whitmore on Friday who exuded classic elegance in a black two-piece which featured a sheer blouse and tailored trousers.

It's coming up to a month since Carol shared an emotional message with fans after she was axed from her weekly BBC Radio Wales show.

The TV and radio star left the show due to new social media guidelines, as she said that she was "not prepared to lose my voice."

Carol has been an outspoken critic of the current Tory government on social media, which would be in breach of the new rules brought in by the broadcaster.

Following her final broadcast after she announced her departure from the show, Carol shared a video with her fans thanking them for their support.

She said: "I've just got home from as you might imagine a busy day and I want to say from my heart thank you I am overwhelmed by all of your support, it's just extraordinary.

"You know we're all in this together and we will, absolutely will, make it right. Because you, are bloody marvellous. You are."

On Friday, Carol was also joined by recent Strictly Come Dancing contestant Angela Rippon who looked as incredible as ever in a cobalt blue dress.

The 79-year-old presenter, who lit up the stage with her partner Kai Widdrington on the BBC dance competition, became the eighth star to leave Strictly Come Dancing 2023 after an impressive run all the way to Blackpool.

She appeared to put her Strictly exit behind her as she was all smiles at the awards event on Friday.

Fellow TV star Victoria Derbyshire also glammed up for the occasion as she was pictured wearing a festive red jumper and dazzling midi skirt.

While comedienne Katherine Ryan posed in a bright pink, floor-length gown.
