Sam Asghari has finally broken his silence after the shocking bombshell that his marriage from Britney Spears is over.
The Iranian-American model, who wed the Toxic singer just 14 months ago, confirmed that the pair have gone their separate ways.
Sam’s message painted a picture of a very amicable split, with The Family Business actor claiming they still hold each other in high esteem.
This contrasts with the news which emerged on Wednesday, with reports coming in that the former couple had a “nuclear argument” and Sam is trying to renegotiate their prenup.
Taking to Instagram on Thursday, Sam spoke for the first time since their split was made public – and stated his one demand.

Writing on his Instagram Stories, he said: “After 6 years of love and commitment to each other my wife and I have decided to end our journey together. We will hold onto the love and respect we have for each other and I wish her the best always.
He continued to add: “S*** happens. Asking for privacy seems rediclulous [sic] so I will just ask for everyone including media to be kind and thoughtful.”
Britney broke her silence on Wednesday with a very bizarre Instagram post, which failed to address the ongoing saga.
She released a photo of herself holding the reigns of a horse while wearing a yellow bikini top, black shorts and straw hat on a beach.

In her strange caption, Britney wrote: “Buying a horse soon !!! So many options it’s kinda hard !!!
“A horse called Sophie and another called Roar ??? I can’t make up my mind !!!
“Should I join the camaraderie and put a pink cowboy hat on ??? Either way I think I found my sweet spot with Roar !!!”
She has already deleted all trace of her estranged husband from Instagram and is said to be “hurt” by cheating allegations.
An insider close to the now former couple has claimed to TMZ that Asghari confronted Britney with accusations that she had been unfaithful, leading to a big fight.
They are also reporting that Sam is telling people he believes his wife cheated on him with a male staff member at the house.
A source claimed Britney asked at least one staffer to shoot video of her naked – and her furious husband saw footage of her in a compromising position.
If that wasn’t wild enough, an insider is claiming Sam is willing to use extreme measures to get some of her $60 million fortune.
