Angelina Jolie Likes The 'Chaos' Of Family Time Amid Pandemic Quarantine: 'It's A Nice Big Bunch'

Angelina Jolie is loving all the extra family time she’s been getting with her six kids at home amid the ongoing quarantine orders due to the coronavirus pandemic!

The endless spread of COVID-19 has largely halted the movie industry nationwide and around the world for months on end here in 2020, but even despite the career uncertainty for many in the biz, silver linings can be found all over! For the star of the upcoming film The One And Only Ivan, that means enjoying some much-needed quality time with her six children at home!

The 45-year-old Oscar winner spoke about being in self-isolation with her six kids — sons Maddox, 19, Pax, 16, and Knox, 12, and daughters Zahara, 15, Shiloh, 14, and Vivienne, 12 — in a new virtual interview with E!’s Daily Pop that was released on Monday afternoon. During the chat, the usually-in-control A-lister let slip that she was a fan of the chaos that comes with having six (!) teens and pre-teens running around the house:

“You know, I’ve never been one who valued relaxation. I like chaos. I’ve been on high-level meetings where there’s dogs and balls and kids and things. You kind of just enjoy being human with everybody else and laughing through it.”

Ha! We can relate!

The Maleficent actress shared more about the “bit of structure” she instills around the house in order to keep everyone on track, too, ultimately admitting eldest daughter Zahara is actually “better at organizing things than I am,” and thus, often the one who puts together the to-do lists. LOLz! Gotta know your strengths and weaknesses, though, right?!

As for movie nights at home — of which there have been plenty over these last six months or so — the A-list star revealed:

“Well, we’re all there. So all six kids, as my oldest son’s home from Korea. Lots of popcorn and just like really every family, we’re just pajamas, robes, snacks. They’re all together and it’s a nice big bunch, so everybody’s helping each other out. We’re lucky.”

Awww! That sounds like so much fun — and wonderful memories for the kids as they can settle in with mom and enjoy quality time together.

The pandemic hasn’t been completely smooth, though; as noted in her last quote there (above), Jolie also revealed eldest son Maddox was forced to return to the United States early from his time studying at Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea due to the ongoing presence of COVID-19. Since then, he’s been taking online classes with the school, and starting every night at 6:00 p.m. local time to account for the time zone difference, according to his world-famous momma. What a grind!

There’s also been some drama amid her custody battle with baby daddy Brad Pitt, who has been seen over at Angie’s place multiple times during the last few months. But mostly it’s just been familial joy.

What do U think of Angelina’s amazing fam, and their controlled quarantine “chaos,” Perezcious readers?! Sound off about everything here with your take on it all, down in the comments (below)!!!
