Gran, 54, gored by mechanical BULL in nightclub

Horrific footage shows Janice Clixby, 54, helplessly spinning on the machine before she falls to the ground with a huge gouge in her arm.

She had been on the machine at Schnapps Bar, North Lincolnshire, many times in the past, but as she was enjoying a night out with loved ones she was keen to ride the bull once more.

Janice, who insists she was not drunk, said: "I only had one drink. Whilst I was on it, I grabbed what I thought would be the ear, but there was a hole and my arm got stuck in it.

"It was very painful, I thought I had broken it for sure.

“I was in so much pain that I had to have a drip in and was given morphine amongst other painkillers.”

She recalls shouting at the man controlling the bull to stop, but said he could not hear her over the venue’s music.

The hospital support worker spent the night in hospital and suffered severe soft tissue damage.

The next day, she went back to the nightclub to speak to the staff.

Janice said: “I told her how badly it injured me and was told that it won’t happen again. It was only until one of the bar staff later saw photos of my arm was when they apologised.

“They didn’t even apologise at first. I still haven’t had an apology from the owner.”

Janice claims that she has spoken to solicitors as she had very limited use of her arm and was unable to work.
