Catherine Zeta Jones makes rare family outing with mini-me daughter Carys and husband Michael Douglas

The 49-year-old star looked sensational in a red wraparound dress as she attended the Michael Kors Autumn Winter fashion show during NYFW with her family last night.

Glamorous Catherine teamed her demure designer garment with a pair of tan-coloured Mary-Jane heels.

The Welsh native worked her brunette locks into a soft curl and sported a radiant beauty look for the fashion event.

Later in the evening, the Chicago star was pictured sitting next to fellow screen siren Kate Hudson, 39, on the FROW.

Meanwhile, Carys, 15, donned high-waisted flares with a white crop top and chic python print jacket as she followed in her mother's fashionable footsteps.

The teenager left her hair loose in a tousled style and worked a bold pink eyeshadow for the star-studded occasion.

Not one to be outdone, Golden Globe winner Michael Douglas, 74, looked dapper in a navy two-piece suit.

He layered his blazer over an unbuttoned navy shirt and blue wool jumper.

Recently the couple enjoyed a family holiday to Cuba alongside son Dylan, 18, and daughter Carys.

Much to the delight of her 1.9million followers, Catherine often posts sweet snaps of her family on Instagram, giving a glimpse into their personal lives.

Last August, Catherine posted a sweet throwback snap from the night she met Michael at the Deauville Film Festival 20 years ago.

The couple got engaged on New Year's Eve in December 1999 and married at the Plaza Hotel in New York in November 2000.
