Veteran French defender Koscielny looks set to leave the Emirates this summer after talks over a new deal broke down.
The 33-year-old centre-back has one year remaining on his current contract in North London but Ligue 1 giants Lyon have provided an immediate option.
Lyon have offered Koscielny a two-year deal which he is contemplating, Foot Mercato say.
