Rob Kardashian wants more custody of Dream after Blac Chyna’s recent behavior

Rob Kardashian wants more time with his daughter, Dream Kardashian.

The reclusive reality star, 31, has retained celebrity attorney Laura Wasser to help him get increased custody of 2-year-old Dream in light of Blac Chyna‘s public debacles, according to The Blast. Rob and Chyna currently share 50/50 custody of their daughter but she reportedly spends more time with the Kardashians.

Chyna allegedly “shows up unannounced” and Rob believes his ex-fiancée isn’t “in good enough shape” to take Dream during her scheduled time. As a result, he hired Wasser to help get a more formal custody agreement in place because he believes Chyna’s “violence, substance abuse, and neglect” are big issues.

Attorneys for Rob and Chyna didn’t immediately return our request for comment.

As Page Six previously reported, Chyna split from artist Kid Buu in Hawaii during an altercation that led police to get involved. After, Chyna’s mom, Tokyo Toni, slammed Chyna for getting involved with Buu, who reportedly was previously arrested for child abuse. Toni then urged Chyna’s children to live with their fathers, Rob and Tyga, until she figured out her life.

All of the drama made Chyna come forward on a since-deleted Instagram video and slam Rob and Tyga for claiming she asked for child support.

“We went to court mediation and s–t and I squashed it ’cause I never wanted no money from Rob, ’cause it was never about that, period,” she said of Rob, who has since given up control of his Arthur George sock line. “I have kids by two guys that f–king tricked me, whatever, and they don’t give me s–t, no child support and I’m sick of that s–t.”

Rob’s former attorney, Robert Shapiro, confirmed to us in September 2017 that Rob and Chyna successfully came to a custody agreement. Since then, they’ve entered a battle over finances.
