VIP paedo ring 'liar' claims ex-PM Ted Heath and Tory MP Harvey Proctor abused him

A MAN accused of lying about a VIP paedo ring told cops he was abused by ex-PM Ted Heath and MP Harvey Proctor.

Carl Beech, 51, claimed Mr Proctor was a “sadist” who liked to attack him — but was ordered to stop by Mr Heath.

He also alleged Mr Proctor once threatened to cut his genitals at one of several abuse parties in MPs’ flats at Dolphin Square, Westminster.

A court was played a police interview where vicar’s son Beech said: “He started laying into me and Edward stopped him, Edward Heath.

“Harvey didn’t like it but he didn’t question it, he stopped instantly.”

He added of Mr Proctor: “He was sadistic. He had a little penknife and he wanted to cut my genitals. He was stopped by the others. He wasn’t happy.”

Beech also claimed he was abused at military bases by Army top brass who pinned Remembrance poppies to his chest.

It triggered a £2million inquiry in 2014 which was dropped after 16 months.

Beech, of Gloucester, denies perverting justice and fraud at Newcastle crown court. The trial continues.
