Peace officer recruit dies at Alberta Justice training academy in Edmonton
A correctional peace officer recruit died Thursday at the Alberta Justice and Solicitor General training facility in Edmonton, sources tell Global News.
It happened at the training facility in the Terwillegar area on Hector Road.
An Alberta Justice spokesperson confirmed the fatality.
Sources say the group was doing physical workouts when the male recruit died.
