NYPD school crossing guard threatened to ‘beat the s–t’ out of neighbor: cops

An NYPD school crossing guard was busted in Queens for sending her neighbor threatening text messages promising to “beat the s–t” out of her, police said Thursday.

Danyaal McClendon, 33, was arrested at 10 p.m. Wednesday at her Far Rockaway apartment for a series of threatening texts sent to her 33-year-old neighbor, according to cops.

“When you get back today I’ll be waiting,” read one of McClendon’s messages. “I’m ready to beat the s–t out of you.”

Her neighbor later reported the menacing messages to police at the 101st Precinct station house, police said.

McClendon was hauled in and charged with aggravated harassment.

The pair lived in the same building and had been fighting for some time, although it was not immediately clear what started the feud, officials said.
