Man, 31, sexually assaulted by boozy mum on Tui flight says she avoided jail because she’s a WOMAN – The Sun

A FURIOUS dad has slammed the lack of a prison sentence for the 'out-of-control' mum who sexually assaulted him on a TUI flight from Manchester to Turkey.
Gary Kirby, 31, was groped by Louise Whyte, 38, who pulled down her trousers and knickers before trying to perform oral sex on him.
Whyte, 38, who was with her seven-year-old daughter, had been downing duty-free vodka before she targeted Mr Kirby.
She was given a six-month suspended prison sentence yesterday even though the Manchester's Minshull Street Crown Court heard she became so abusive that TUI staff put her on the next flight home.
Speaking today, Mr Kirby hit out at her lack of jail-time and said she "got away" with it because she's a woman.
He told the Metro: "The only reason is that she’s a woman. If I stand here, as a 6ft well-built man, and did all of that, I would be in jail. One million percent."
Mr Kirby met Whyte in the terminal at Manchester Airport on May 27 last year and offered to call her phone after she lost it in the duty-free shop.
He thought she might be under the influence of something in the airport, despite having her daughter with her.
OUTRAGEOUS BEHAVIOUR
After they boarded the Turkey-bound flight, Mr Kirby said Whyte took her jacket off and said "I’ll give you a blow job", suggesting the jacket would give her cover and "no one would notice".
He pushed her back in her seat close to ten times and told her to stop.
If I stand here, as a 6ft well-built man, and did all of that, I would be in jail.
Mr Kirby, from Merseyside, said it ruined his holiday with his son.
He said: "The effect on my lad was absolutely disgusting. My lad’s birthday was two days later."
The girl was put into her father’s custody and Whyte was later slammed in court for "remarkably" failing to care for her daughter.
It was found later that Whyte had been mixing vodka with diazepam and codeine tablets.
'EXTREMELY UPSETTING'
Whyte, from Bury, admitted sexual assault and being drunk on an aircraft and was ordered to sign the Sex Offender Register for seven years.
She was also sentenced to a six-month jail-term, suspended for a year, and told to abide by an 8pm-6am curfew.
Whyte had booked the holiday with her daughter after splitting with her partner.
Judge Sophie McKone told her: "You failed remarkably in your responsibility to your daughter and passengers I accept that although your behaviour was extremely upsetting and disruptive.
"But you were extremely remorseful for what you had done and I accept you are mortified by your behaviour on that day."
