Harry Dunn’s parents invited to White House after Anne Sacoolas crash: family

The parents of a British teenager killed in a crash involving a US diplomat’s wife say they have been invited to the White House Tuesday — just a day after making an emotional appeal to President Trump.

“The White House have just invited #HarryDunn’s parents and I to a meeting this afternoon,” the family’s spokesperson, Radd Seiger, tweeted Tuesday afternoon.

“Looking forward to getting further answers as we search for #JusticeforHarry,” he wrote, in a tweet quickly reposted by the family’s official Twitter page.

“Fingers crossed for strong developments ?? ???,” the @Justice4Harry page wrote on Instagram, using green hearts for the late teen’s favorite color.

The invite came a day after Charlotte Charles, 44, and Tim Dunn, 50, appeared in New York for an emotional press conference over their two-month battle for justice for their 19-year-old son, Harry Dunn, who was killed in late August.

They begged driver Anne Sacoolas — the wife of a US intelligence officer who allegedly hit Harry and then fled the UK claiming diplomatic immunity — to “do the right thing” and return to face justice there.

They also appealed directly to Trump for an intervention.

“We need him to agree to put her on a plane back to the UK,” grieving mom Charles had said.

The White House did not immediately return a request for comment
