This is the bizarre moment a driver takes both hands off the steering wheel to shave his beard while driving down a busy motorway.
The middle-aged driver was filmed on the M5 near Birmingham using an electric razor to trim his grey stubble as he drove.

The person filming can be heard saying: ‘Having a casual shave’.
The man, who was driving to Nottingham with his 20-year-old son, said: ‘My son and I were driving down the M5 past Birmingham when we saw him shaving.
‘Then we ran into traffic and we could clearly see him trimming his beard.

‘My son has only just started having driving lessons so I’d been giving him pointers on what not to do. I added shaving to the list.’
The incident took place on December 27 whilst thousands took to the roads in order to visit family over the festive period.
A spokesman from Brake, the national road safety charity, slammed the careless man.
He said: ‘It is absolutely astounding to see this driver shaving behind the wheel.
‘Driving is a highly complex task, where even a momentary lack of focus can be fatal.
