THE Holiday Inn Heathrow Ariel hotel near London's Heathrow airport has been closed to the public and designated as a coronavirus quarantine centre as health officials prepare for more UK cases.

WUHAN DOCTOR DIES FROM CORONAVIRUS
One of the most senior doctors in Wuhan fighting the Coronavirus has died from Covid-19.
Liu Zhiming, 51, had been fighting the virus since its outbreak.
The Whuhan municipal health commission said “unfortunately he became infected and passed away at 10.54 Tuesday morning at the age of 51 after all-out efforts to save him failed.”
Chinese state media also confirmed the death last Thursday of Xu Depu, the former director of the Ezhou city Chines medicine hospital in Hubei province.
House-to-house checks in Wuhan, at the centre of the outbreak are now being carried out to “round up” any infected patients, Chinese state media also reported.
It said anyone suspected of having the virus would face mandatory testing and anyone who had close contact with virus would be put under quarantine.
UK MANUFACTURER CUTS WORKING HOURS
DRONE USED TO SPRAY DISINFECTANT OVER SCHOOL
Drones are being used in South Korea to spray disinfectant over schools at risk of a coronavirus outbreak.
The technology is being used by the Suwon municipal government at around Changyong Middle School in the city, just south of Seoul.
Officials are using the drone to disinfect the school amid fears over the spread of the new coronavirus now dubbed COVID-19.
PATIENTS 'TESTED IN CARS OUTSIDE HOSPITALS'
Some patients have been tested for coronavirus in the cars outside London hospitals.
An NHS trust has now been forced to reassure patients that all services remain open as usual after patients were spotted being screened outside A&E hospital buildings.
One person took to social media to express her shock after witnessing multiple patients being tested in the A&E car park at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Greenwich.
But health officials in Lewisham and Greenwich have reassured that all proper procedures are being followed.
The trust stated it had “followed our protocols to ensurer that patients did not come into contact with other visitors to the hospital.
“We have also followed Public Health England's advice for all staff who came into direct contact with the patient.
“Please be assured that if you have not been contacted by us you are not at risk from this case.”
