A talented young British boxer has been shot dead in a drive-by attack
Tom Bell, 21, was inside a busy pub with pals when two shots were fired through a window.
Drinkers fled into the garden as a BMW sped off from the car park. It was found burnt out a short distance away.
Tom was taken to hospital but later died.
Police say he was deliberately targeted in Thursday’s 8.45pm attack at the Maple Tree in Doncaster, South Yorks.
Tom’s devastated sister Ceejay Bell said in a Facebook tribute: “He was an undefeated, very talented professional and future world champion.
“No words can explain what our family is going through.”
IBF world champ Josh Warrington described him as “a naturally talented boxer who had the potential to go very far.”
