THE Traitors star Wilf was comforted by Claudia Winkleman after he broken down in tears.
Viewers of the hit BBC One show saw Amanda become the latest contestant to be eliminated.
It comes as Wilf, who is a Traitor, chose to betray Amanda – his only ally – at the roundtable.
He chose to axe her from the competition as he feared she may turn on him in future.
However, following the roundtable, Wilf was overcome with guilt over what he had done.
As he met presenter Claudia Winkleman to digest the night's events, she asked him why he chose to give Amanda the boot.

He admitted he didn't trust her and said: "I just kept thinking and thinking that I haven’t built any relationship with her."
Wilf then broke down in tears which forced Claudia to step in and comfort him.
She told him: "Listen to me, Wil, you’re playing a blinder. You’ve come in here, right, to win the money.
"I know you feel heartbroken, but you are smashing it, Wil."

Viewers at home were left furious with Wilf for banishing Amanda, who was a firm fan-favourite.
They took to social media to criticise him for getting rid of his only ally in the competition.
Speaking after her elimination, Amanda told the camera: "I knew Wilf would throw me under the bus. He's avoided me, he hasn't come near me.
"He is totally in it for himself, he's going for gold isn't he."
