Stacey Solomon transforms her boring wall for just £23 beaming 'I'm so proud of it'

STACEY Solomon was left beaming with pride after transforming a dull wall in her mansion – for just £23.

The 30-year-old Loose Women star made a plain white room look like something out of Downton Abbey, all thanks to some wooden sticks.

First she took the the struts out into the garden and spray-painted them white before nailing them to the wall.

She then roped in boyfriend Joe Swash to help with the work, which left the wall with a series of posh-looking panels on it.

Sharing a sped-up video of the pair hammering them in, she wrote: "Measured, spirit levelled and nailed to the wall."

Joe, 38, had the builder look down to a tee, even flashing the top of his bum to the camera at one point at he got to work.

The pair also painted the lower part of the wall a calming shade of pale blue to complete the fancy look.

Showing fans her handiwork alongside a beaming-face emoji, Stacey wrote: "Ignore how grubby it is.

"I need to wipe it all down but I'm off on the school run now so it'll have to wait… I'm so proud of it though…

"I still need to tidy up the skirting and swap the top line but for a £23 DIY job I'm happy. ?."
