The rumors started when El Moussa shared an Instagram story depicting the couple “working” together on a Saturday. For his part in the rumor mill, Anstead, using a similar photo, asked his Instagram to guess what show the pair was filming. Anstead hinted that perhaps the couple was working on a soon-to-debut show that will feature their personal lives.

Christina El Moussa is the star of Flip or Flop, a reality television show that follows El Moussa and her now former husband as they navigate the world of flipping houses. The El Moussas first debuted on HGTV in 2013. The show followed the couple as they bought homes, renovated them, and then placed them back on the real estate market. Before their work with HGTV, both Tarek and Christina were real estate agents.

Ant Anstead, on the other hand, is a well-versed British television presenter most famous for his work on Wheeler Dealers. The show follows the process of saving old cars and restoring them to their former glory. The result is a “flipped” car that is the sold to enthusiasts. Before his work on television, Anstead was a police constable. He left his law enforcement career in 2005 to build and restore cars.

Christina and Ant met in 2017, and have been dating for about a year. The pair’s debut as a couple came on the heels of El Moussa splitting from her husband and business partner, Tarek El Moussa in 2016. The couple’s divorce was finalized in January of 2018. Ant Anstead is also coming off a serious relationship. He split from his wife of 12 years, Louise Anstead in 2017.

The couple was first spotted in public together in late 2017, and Anstead confirmed that the pair had met in November of that year. He confirmed the dates when he mentioned that he and El Moussa were celebrating their 6-month anniversary in April of 2018. The couple is said to be living together in the Newport Beach, California home that will be featured on El Moussa’s new television show Christina on the Coast.
