I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! has returned for its 23rd series on ITV and it is once again being hosted by Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly.
The first series launched in 2002, with radio DJ Tony Blackburn being crowned the first-ever King of the Jungle.
The late Tara Palmer-Tomkinson was the runner-up, and it was not until the third series that a woman – in this case, singer Kerry Katona – was crowned Queen of the Jungle.
Celebrities fly out to Queensland, Australia, every year to take part in the reality show which is filmed not far from the scenic Gold Coast.
Stars have to ditch their glamourous lifestyles for a campsite filled with creepy crawlies and they have to live off rations throughout the process.

As it stands, This Morning star Josie is the favourite to win this year’s series of I’m A Celebrity.
She said: “I have to pinch myself. I think if somebody had told me that I’d be doing what I’ve been doing, presenting This Morning and on I’m a Celebrity not even that long ago, I wouldn’t have even believed you, never ever.
“And it just goes to show, doesn’t it? Now I feel like nothing’s out of my reach – like don’t ever think things are out of your reach, if you want to do something just tell yourself that you are that.
“You know what, before I became a proper television presenter, I tried 72 production places to get a job. This went on for years. I even went back and tried to get a normal job of what I used to do.”
I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! airs tonight at 9pm on ITV and ITVX.
