Lulu’s GMB appearance baffles fans as they slam ‘fake accent’

Good Morning Britain viewers were left baffled after singer Lulu made an appearance on Monday’s ITV show.
The 75-year-old stunned fans at home with her youthful looks, but some were left confused by her accent.
Lulu sat in the studio as she spoke with Susanna Reid and Richard Madeley about her upcoming tour.
“On this tour, everybody said, ‘Why don’t you have a party for 75 years…You’re 75, Lu?’
“And I said, ‘I will chillax with my family, thank you’ but the party will be on the tour.

“And then the whole of next year, I have been working on a book.”
“An autobiography?” Richard asked as Lulu replied: “I don’t even know what you call it.
“It is going to be full of the pictures we found when I moved house two years ago.
“That started the whole thing and my team were like, ‘You didn’t tell me you did that’.

“You said that they didn’t put the Bond thing in, they didn’t mention Eurovision, you know, I wrote songs for Tina Turner that she put into her autobiographical movie called I Don’t Want to Fight.”
However, during the chat, many fans took to social media to share their thoughts, with some commenting on how the singer’s Scottish accent changed throughout.

Another echoed: “Lulu’s decided she’s Scottish now.”
