Kelly Holmes revealed she once took advantage of being mistaken for Halle Berry – so much so, that she was “dragged out of the bar” because she got “so drunk.”
The sports icon was back on Loose Women on Friday (September 8) to co-host another instalment of the hit ITV show.
Kelly was joined by Kaye Adams, Jane Moore and Sunetra Sarker for another afternoon of fun and laughter.

But things took a rather wild turn when Kelly recalled a crazy night out she had that ended up with her “getting dragged out the bar.”
On the show, the panel were discussing whether or not they would “ask someone out” in real life – inspired by Vanessa Feltz recently being given a note from a gentleman while out.
Kelly then shared one of her experiences and said: “I’ve been chatted up by a bunch of students once. I was actually with my partner, a woman, and my these boys came over.
“And they’re giving us all these drinks and they sat down, and of them said are you Halle Berry.”
The Loose Women audience then roared with laughter, as Kelly appeared to be overjoyed with the comparison – smiling at the camera.
“They kept bringing the drinks over and by the end of the night, I was literally dragged out of the bar by my partner because I was so drunk.
“I was having a good time!”

Kelly, who bravely came out aged 52, usually remains tight-lipped about her relationship.
In 2022, she gushed over her partner during an interview with The Sunday Mirror, saying: ‘It’s the first time I’ve had someone who I don’t introduce as a PA or friend.”
Speaking about previous partners, she added: “No disrespect to them, but the relationships have only been a small part of my life.
“They haven’t been in this fearful world with me for 34 years.”
