Kerry Katona flaunts new six pack as she strips to her undies
KERRY Katona has shown off her incredible six pack in photos on Instagram.
The 38-year-old took to social media to share the incredible results of her recent weight loss and exercise plan as she stripped to her knickers and bra.
Kerry can be seen wearing a pink bra top and dark shorts and strikes a confident pose as she shows off her bronzed bod.
Her toned stomach and glamorous cropped hair-do top off the look, as she showcased her three stone weight loss in the skimpy underwear.
The self confessed gym bunny has been practising circuit training and also yoga to perfect her figure.
She also previously credited the Skinny Revolution weight loss plan for helping her to shed the pounds, and expressed how "grateful" she was for her transformation.
She wrote: "Happy Transformation Wednesday ! I’m so grateful to @skinnyrevolutionuk who have turned my life around and helped me find my mojo."
Meanwhile, the mum-of-five, who is currently taking part in panto, caused a stir for another reason when she slammed the public for forgiving Ant McPartlin over booze and painkiller addiction so quickly, in her recent column for new! magazine.
She fumed: "Ant McPartlin went to rehab for drink and substance abuse problems and he was forgiven in less than a year, but it’s taken me a decade!
"People are quick to slag off women – especially mothers – if they go off the rails, yet if it’s a man in showbiz, he’s right back in the saddle.
"Fair play to Ant, but it’s so unfair."
Iceland sacked Kerry in 2009 amid cocaine allegations, but she said the chain had 'every right' to sack her.
She previously told The Sun that her addiction made her want to end her own life.
