Kardashian fans 'disgusted' with Khloe's 'insensitive' first post after pregnant Kourtney's emergency 'fetal surgery' | The Sun

KHLOE Kardashian has faced backlash over her first post after pregnant sister Kourtney revealed her scary surgery news.

The Lemme founder was hospitalized to undergo a surgical procedure to save the life of her unborn child, sharing the details online.

Not long after Kourtney, 44, shared her emotional news on Instagram, Khloe, 38, shared a post of her own that got the Internet buzzing.

She posted a photo to her feed promoting new Good American pieces.

In the pic, she was seen sitting on a beige couch with a magazine in one hand and a coffee mug in the other.

She had on dark blue pants that hugged her shrinking frame and a matching top.

On Wednesday, she shared a photo of herself lying in a hospital bed with her baby bump exposed.

There was a bandaid on her stomach and she had an IV in her arm.

In the pic, she was holding hands with her husband Travis Barker, who was sitting at her bedside.

The Poosh founder wrote: "I will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for shaving our baby's life. I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterwards, my rock.

"And to my mom, thank you for holding my hand through this."

Kourtney continued: "As someone who has had three really easy pregnancies in the past, I wasn't prepared for the fear of rushing into urgent fetal surgery. I don't think anyone who hasn't been through a similar situation can begin to understand that feeling of fear.

"I have a whole new understanding and respect for the mamas who have had to fight for their babies while pregnant."

Her message concluded: "Praise be to God. Walking out of the hospital with my baby boy in my tummy and safe was the truest blessing."

Travis, meanwhile, waited to share words of his own.

He wrote on X on Wednesday: "God is great. I flew home for a life-threatening emergency surgery for our baby that I'm so grateful went well.

"I want to say thank you for all the support. Tour resumes Friday."

PRAYING FOR PROTECTION

For the most part, the Kardashian family was silent amid Kourtney's medical emergency.

They carried on posting as normal, not addressing the situation.

Khloe, however, appeared to reference it briefly as she shared a cryptic post about "God's protection."

She reposted a quote from a Christina Instagram account called God Fearing.

The post was titled: "Protection Prayer."

It read: "Dear God, I come to you today in prayer to humbly ask for your protection.

"Protect me and my loved ones from all evil. May trouble never follow our footsteps. I decree and declare that no weapon formed against us shall prosper.
