Jessica Alba sells incredible Beverly Hills home with tropical pool, sun deck and modern kitchen for £4.8million
JESSICA Alba has sold her stunning Beverly Hills mansion for a cool £4.8million [$6.1million] in just three weeks.
The 37-year-old actress lives with her husband, Cash Warren, and their children, 10-year-old Honor, seven-year-old Haven, and one-year-old Hayes.
Jessica and Cash bought their breathtaking mid-1970s home in 2009 for £3.1million, with the Spanish-inspired residence taking up 5,277 feet and coming with three bedrooms and five bathrooms.
With almost half an acre of land behind top-notch security gates, the mansion is complete with a self-contained guest/ staff apartment on top of the four-car garage.
The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms in addition to its own living area and a kitchen.
Inside the main house, Jessica and her family enjoyed a library with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves as well as an all-white kitchen.
For fancier occasions, the Beverly Hills abode also has a formal living room and formal dinning room, which spills through glass doors onto the courtyard patio that comes complete with an outdoor kitchen and pizza oven.
All of the bedrooms have an en suite bathroom and walk-in closet, with the master bedroom large enough to incorporate its own sitting area, which has a stunning fireplace as well as French doors that lead to a private terrace.
Jessica's outdoor area was just as stunning as the inside of her swanky home, featuring a lagoon-inspired swimming pool, and tropical landscaping.
There is also exotic wood decking and plenty of space for the family to entertain guests.
Despite the home's breathtaking beauty, Jessica and Cash decided to upscale in 2017 – buying a huge 9,000 square foot mansion in an exclusive gated community of Beverley Hills for around £8million.
Jessica shot to fame in Fox series Dark Angel, which came to an end in 2002.
She went on to star in hit films such as Sin City, Fantastic Four, and Valentine's Day.
