We adore Theresa’s ability to help others by connecting with their deceased loved ones, and we also get an inside glimpse into her family. And though it seemed like she and her previous husband, Larry, were going strong, it turns out the two were headed for divorce.

Theresa and Larry have always welcomes viewers into their deep interpersonal lives — and by December 2017, Theresa was opening up to her fans about the strain of her marriage. On an episode of the show, People reports Theresa was discussing the difficulties of her marriage to her friend. “Larry and I’s relationship has changed,” she said. “I don’t understand it. I lay in bed, and I say to myself, ‘How did this happen? How did I get here?’”

Weeks after the conversation aired, Larry and Theresa announced their separation — and by July 2018, the two filed for divorce. It seems the two naturally grew apart after nearly 30 years of marriage, but Theresa also partially blamed her career and her gift for changing all of her relationships over time. Either way, she’s noted she still cares deeply for Larry and wants to maintain a friendship for the good of their family.

Is Theresa dating anyone currently?

Since Theresa and Larry have been separated since the end of 2017. fans are eager to hear if there could possibly be a new man in Theresa’s life. Unfortunately, Romper notes Theresa isn’t currently seeing anyone — and she’s definitely feeling the struggles of living on her own. Good Housekeeping notes the medium has been extremely busy with the show, her business, and recovering from knee surgery, but learning to live by herself has become one of her greatest challenges.

There’s no doubt Theresa will find someone special, especially with the outpouring of love she’s been getting from fans. She told Good Housekeeping, “We really feel truly blessed that we have such amazing fans and the support we’ve gotten is just amazing.” And she also told the publication that she and Larry are in a good place now, and she’s putting her energy into connecting with her viewers through spirit instead of rushing to find a new partner, just like she always has.

Will Larry and Theresa ever reconcile? Probably not

There’s no doubt Larry and Theresa still have a lot of love for each other, but if fans are hoping for a reconciliation, they most likely won’t get one. Theresa is working hard on bettering her life as an individual, and it appears Larry has already moved on to another woman.

According to Heavy, Larry told TMZ, “I have moved on. I’m fortunate enough to say that I have met someone special.” And that woman is Connie Stauddy. They reportedly met when Connie reached out to the family to get a reading from Theresa — and after that, she and Larry kept in touch. Connie was also reportedly going through a divorce at the same time as Larry, so we can imagine their commonality here also brought them closer together.
