Inside Fred Sirieix’s chic Peckham home after Gino D’Acampo quits their TV show – The Sun | The Sun
FRED Sirieix's London home is as charming as his French accent on First Dates with its cosy fire pit and huge garden.
The good-looking Frenchman, 51, lives in a Peckham townhouse with his fiancee and has offered fans a glimpse of his city pad on Instagram – after a huge shake up saw Gino D'Acampo quit the pair's travel show.
Gino, 46, reportedly made a string of ludicrous demands during contract negotiations for Gordon, Gino and Fred: Road Trip.
And it has been claimed married dad of three Gino is now battling to save his friendship with his co-stars.
While the drama plays out around him, Fred can hunker down in his chic home.
Off-screen, he often posts pictures from the comfort of his gorgeous bed, with its cushioned head board and purple, fluffy cushions scattered across white linen sheets.
Other snaps have revealed his traditional tastes, including tiled floors, wood cabinets and velvet curtains.
The home features large bay windows and abstract art can be seen hanging on pastel coloured walls.
Fred lives there with his partner of two years whose name he has never publicly revealed, but he affectionately calls her "Fruitcake" on Instagram.
French-born Fred is best known as the loveable maître d’ on the hit Channel 4 show First Dates.
The 48-year-old was born and brought up in Limoges in western France and knew from an early age that he wanted to work in the hospitality industry.
Despite being very private about his love life, Fred did open up about questions about whether he is in a committed relationship or not.
In July 2016, the French native revealed he had never been married before, adding that the closest thing to marriage had been his 12-year-old relationship with the mother of his two children, who is simply known as Alex to the public.
In January 2018, he took to his social media account to reveal he was in a new relationship with a woman he had nicknamed Fruitcake and the couple got engaged in March 2020.
Fred recently found himself in the firing line after the BBC was slammed with 1,216 complaints about his new show, saying it has an "unhealthy approach" to food.
In the fortnight from 13 – 26 April, more than 1,200 complained to the national broadcaster about the BBC Two show The Restaurant That Burns Off Calories.
Ofcom confirmed they had received six complaints but were directing all who contacted them to the BBC.
