Hollyoaks spoilers: Ella dumps Charlie over abortion turmoil

It has become clear that young mum to be Ella (Erin Palmer) has been struggling with the decision over her options over her unborn baby.

The Hollyoaks teenager has gone through a wave of emotions, from defiantly trying to prove worried parents wrong through to having an increased change of heart to abortion.

But tonight, Ella appeared to come to her final conclusion to keep the baby – with or without Charlie.

During their sleepover, Leah gushed about DeMarcus but it was hard not to notice that Ella’s mind was elsewhere as she looked through the information that Cleo sent over to her.

When Leah asked what is going on, Ella revealed that she’s considering an abortion.

Ella confided in Leah about Charlie being distant and choosing a football game over their first scan then admitted that she can’t let her baby go.

As a result, Leah gave her a pep-talk – complete with power pose and affirmations – to empower her to push forward with or without Charlie.

This led to Ella calling Charlie and giving him an ultimatum – step up and be there at the scan or she’ll raise the baby on her own.

What decision will Charlie come to?

Will he stand by Ella and his child or decide he is too young to be involved?
