Hollyoaks’ original Lucy Benson actress Kerrie Taylor looks completely different 22 years after quitting soap

HOLLYOAKS original Lucy Benson actress Kerrie Taylor looks completely different 22 years after quitting the soap.
The actress has grown up since her days playing the fresh-faced teen, having joined the soap shortly after finishing school.
Kerrie, now 48, joined the cast of Channel 4 soap Hollyoaks when she was just 18 back in 1995 as original character Lucy Benson.
Lucy was introduced as part of the Benson family, and dated Rob Hawthorne – played by Warren De Rose – throughout her appearance.
The youngster was at the heart of many dramatic storylines, including the deaths of Dermot Ashton and her younger brother Ollie.
Tense scenes saw Lucy using drugs to cope with the deaths, before travelling away from the town to get away from the drama.
Kerrie left the soap in 2000 after five years on screen, filming her final scenes around Christmas time in the previous year.
After leaving the soap, Kerrie was seen in a number of TV series including Crossroads, Clocking Off, Holby City and Fallen.
