Game of Thrones season 8: Daenerys Targaryen set for ‘domination’ UNLESS this happens?

She has revealed that Daenerys (played by Emilia Clarke) and Jon Snow (Kit Harington) will win the HBO show’s greatest prize together, but only if she earns the trust and affection of Winterfell queen Sansa Stark (Sophie Turner) and the rest of Snow’s family.
Daenerys and Jon, who are actually aunt and nephew, allied in Game of Thrones season seven as Snow found out that he was half Targaryen.
Now, Emilia Clarke has revealed the lengths her proud and powerful character will go for love and for power.
She revealed to Entertainment Weekly: “I like to think that it’s like Meet the Parents.”
We’re destined for greatness and world domination is a breath away

“It’s like: ‘I hope they like me. This dude’s wicked. It’s a real good thing we got going on. He’s the final piece. We’re destined for greatness and world domination is a breath away.’
And so I need to be like: ‘Can I braid your hair, Sansa? Little Arya, come over here, let’s play some cricket.’”
The queen of dragons must be madly in love with him to seek his family’s acceptance so much.
Or, he could just be a way for her to quench her thirst for power and help her get her hands on the Iron Throne.
Like in Meet the Parents, Daenerys has to get the approval of the in-laws before she can do anything.
One scene that has been revealed already shows Daenerys meeting Sansa in Winterfell and will face a battle to earn her trust.
She is, after all, a Targaryen with a ferocious reputation and hunger for power.
She also added: “And then, very, very quickly, it’s like: ‘Wait, is it just me, or do they hate me?’”
Debate has raged between fans on social media as to whether Daenerys will actually be the major villain of the series finale and betray her new lover.
Some fans see her as unfitting the Game of Thrones-style villain and therefore it won’t be her that brings chaos to the Battle of Winterfell.
One Reddit fan said: “Morally, Daenerys is undoubtedly a hero, but from an ethical standpoint, she is completely bankrupt.
“At the end of the day, she won’t be changing the political situation in Westeros (Jon: “You’re just more of the same.”), since her rule would not be one of laws, but one of her own personal discretion.
“Time and again, she has shown that the only crime she punishes is disloyalty. She uses brutal methods to enforce her worldview, and she has a messianic complex about her own actions.’
Fans see a Game of Thrones villain as someone who is not purely evil like the stereotype of a villain.
Alongside the rumour of her as the Big Bad, The Game of Thrones season eight episode one and two first photos have been released and it looks like Daenerys may be pregnant.
In the image, she is holding her stomach in what is a storyline tease that no one saw coming.
Could the baby be Snow’s after it was revealed he is half Targaryen and the incestuous link between the two could be the key to her conceiving a baby.
Game of Thrones season eight premieres on April 14 on HBO and Sky Atlantic and on NOW TV on April 15.
