EastEnders’ Dean Wicks motionless after horror fall from George Knight attack
The fallout from Dean Wicks ‘Not Guilty’ verdict
It looks as though Dean Wicks’ (played by Matt Di Angelo) life could be in danger after a bust-up with George Knight (Colin Salmon).
Last month, EastEnders viewers watched in disbelief as the villain made his return to Walford.
The last time he was on-screen was back in 2016 after he was paid off by his dad Buster Briggs (Karl Howman) to never come back.
Fans of the BBC soap will remember Dean was trouble after he raped Linda Carter (Kellie Bright) attempted to rape Roxy Mitchell (Rita Simons) and tried to drown his mum Shirley Carter (Linda Henry).
However, he’s now Cindy Beale’s (Michelle Collins) new business partner for her pie and mash shop, although the grand opening doesn’t go as smoothly as they’d hoped.

After getting some advice from Jack Branning (Scott Maslen) about the incident, Linda reluctantly tries to strike a truce with Dean.

They demand that Dean back down from Linda and the Knights in fear of their business never taking off.
Although later on a tense stand-off is set to happen upstairs in the Vic between Dean and George.
As George lashes out, Dean falls down the stairs and is left lying motionless at the bottom.
Will Dean survive the fall? If so, it looks like the feud between them could escalate even further.
Speaking about his return, soap star Matt Di Angelo said: “It feels great to be back. I started at EastEnders almost 18 years ago, which seems like a lifetime ago now.
“I haven’t been back for seven years, so I was thrilled to be asked again for the third time as I love the people and the show.”
