@itzzzo_ said: “Obviously Sarah did not deserve that to happen but I hope it doesn’t turn into Adam/Sarah gulit blame game, as the nurse said there was probably a chance it wouldn’t be viable.”
With @EmmaDale022 adding: “She’s gonna blame Adam.”
During the episode, Adam blamed himself for what had happened as he mentioned it could’ve been over the stress he had put her under.
However, Sarah tried to assure him he wasn’t at fault and she said: “They didn’t say that at the hospital, not the doctors, not the midwives.
“They said most of the time there’s just no way of knowing why a baby doesn’t make it.”
As he told her the gender of the baby was a girl, Sarah admitted she wanted to call her Sadie.
While fans saw Adam was there for her at the hospital during her miscarriage, the solicitor asked for a divorce at the end of the show, unable to forgive her for cheating with Damon.
Coronation Street continues on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays on ITV from 8pm.
