Charlotte Crosby takes another swipe at Geordie Shore after quitting show as her ex prepares to return to MTV series | The Sun
CHARLOTTE Crosby has insisted she's turned her back on the show that made her famous – for good.
The mum-of-one is best known for being in Geordie Shore and while she admits it “kickstarted” her career, she has no plans to revisit it after quitting last year.
Her comments come after it was revealed her ex boyfriend Gaz Beadle would be making a return to the legendary MTV show.
Charlotte, who joined the show when it first started in 2011, told Daily Star: “I’m a woman with a child, I’m a mother. It’s just not the era that I'm in anymore. I don’t need to go into reality TV shows where I need to be arguing with people, I just don’t need to do that anymore.
She added: “I spent 10 years of my life doing that. I can make Charlotte in Sunderland and have happy times with my family and do real grown-up things and go through different life challenges and face different things on camera [without the drama].”
Charlotte – who insists she has nothing bad to say about the show – made the decision to quit forever during filming this summer.

She was in Cyprus with the cast and her now fiancé Jake Ankers and their daughter Alba.
But just two days in and Charlotte realised she had made a terrible mistake.
She said: "It just ended up going so terribly wrong. I don't know why but the whole series, I later discovered, was a bit weird.
"I'm sad for loads of reasons. I'm sad that I took Alba and Jake, my family, into a show that I loved so much and it went so badly wrong.
