But it wasn't her assets that attracted attention on this occasion, rather all eyes were on her new pink hair.
In a departure from her trademark brunette locks, the former flame of Tyga showed off her long, pink mermaid-style locks for the occasion.
Demi returned London and graced the capital with her presence after having just moved Stateside to be with her boyfriend DJ Chris Martinez.
The model had been at Oh Polly's celebrity and influencers' Christmas dinner to celebrate the launch of their new party collection.
And joining Demi at the swanky 'do was Gabby Allen.
The Liverpudlian lovely looked gorgeous in a blue suede dress and platform heels.
And bold Gabs braved the plummeting temperatures when she whipped out her gym-honed legs for the occasion.
Also braving the cold to attend the bash were fellow Love Island babes Samira Mighty, Ellie Brown and Alexandra Cane.
Samira, 22, stayed true to her sexy but edgy style in a black satin minidress and over-sized denim jacket.
The dancer flashed her toned pins as she made her way into The Shard for the 'do.
While Ellie Brown, 20, opted for a less understated look, rocking a revealing red satin and lace dress.
The blonde beauty wrapped up in a large, red fur coat.
And Alexandra didn't seem to feel the cold at all – seemingly leaving her jacket at home.
The raven-haired bombshell showed off her womanly curves in an elegant maroon midi dress which she matched with her eye-shadow to make her blue eyes pop.
The 27-year-old showed no signs of the black eye she acquired after allegedly clashing with a female clubber just last week.
Not one to miss out on a party, Celebs Go Dating star Tallia Storm looked sensational in a pink PVC minidress.
The Scottish singer channelled Barbie for the party in the bright get-up that Demi Rose recently rocked.
And repping Towie was Amber Turner, 25, who looked sensational in a low-cut, figure-hugging gold, satin number.
The blonde babe wore her hair loose and wavy and staying true to her Essex roots, opted for a glamorous make-up look.
Amber didn't show any sign of trouble in paradise after rumours that her relationship with Dan Edgar had been rocked when his ex Kate Wright got engaged to Rio Ferdiand last month.
An insider told The Sun Online at the time: “Things have been rocky between Dan and Amber. He’s not really sure what he wants and has been confiding in his family and friends, asking them what to do.
“He hasn’t been happy for a while and now, with Kate and Rio getting engaged, it’s put things in perspective.
“Is there any point continuing the relationship if Amber is the wrong girl for him?
“He’s tried and of course he loves her so they’re trying to make things right. But everyone’s worried they’re about to split.”
