Tyson Fury weighs in NINE STONE lighter than WWE opponent Braun Strowman ahead of Crown Jewel clash – The Sun

TYSON FURY has weighed in an incredible NINE STONE lighter than his WWE opponent Braun Strowman.

The two sporting legends will meet in the wrestling ring in Saudi Arabia for the Crown Jewel event on Thursday.

Fury weighed in at 18.5st ahead of his WWE debut. Strowman hit the scales at a huge 27.5st.

Both men were strangely allowed to wear full clothing for the weigh-in.

Speaking after coming off the scales, Fury said: “I’m good, I’m 100 per cent, I never make excuses,” Fury said.

“I’ll be ready for the night, don’t worry about that.

“I’m 30-0 as a professional, it’s going to be a good fight, I’m looking forward to it

“Braun is the biggest man I’ve every faced.

“It’s good to fight someone who is looking at me eye-to-eye.

“We’re going to put on a spectacle for the fans.”

Fury has put on a stone for his wrestling match since his last boxing fight – a scrappy win against gritty Otto Wallin.

He came in for that at 17.5st.

Incredibly during the Gypsy King's time out of sport when he was dealing with depression and alcohol issue, he weighed MORE than Strowman does now.

Fury ballooned up to 28st as a result of drinking 20 pints of lager a night with whiskey and vodka.

He was also gorging on pizza, kebabs and packs of chocolate.
