Thursday's ITV horse racing NAP: Your best bets for today's racing from Callum Jamieson
I'M all over one at Chester on Thursday.
My worry is, so are a lot of people and that price may come tumbling down.
LINCOLN PARK (Chester, 3.00) looks to have everything back in his favour with Silvestre De Sousa back in the saddle.
I try to steer clear of three-year-old handicaps in general, but there's no denying Mick Appleby's claims in this with Lincoln Park.
Since joining Appleby, he's two from two going left-handed. On top of that, both of those came with cut in the ground, like he'll encounter on Thursday.
His reappearance was a concern at Newbury, but he simply isn't the same horse on a straight track when not being able to cut out the running.
Next time out at Musselburgh was more like it in what should be a hot race for the grade.
He's dropped back down to a mark of 85, only 2lbs higher his last handicap win as a juvenile win.
Importantly he has a handy draw in three and many of his main rivals haven't been so lucky with their stall.
De Sousa is as good as they get at cutting out the running and on his only previous ride on Lincoln Park the pair made all to win decisively. He looks a storming bet.
