JERMAIN Defoe's new lover has moved into his £3m mansion just weeks after the love rat's ex moved out.
The former England footie ace, 41, first met most-recent beau Paige Mallabourn-Edmondson, 29, in August this year.
Defoe was still with influencer girlfriend Alisha LeMay when he stayed at Crow Wood Hotel and Spa, Burnley, in summer where Paige worked as a wedding planner.
Just two months later, the ex-Spurs player whisked Paige off to a romantic £1,200-a-night hotel – DAYS after appearing on the Pride of Britain red carpet with Alisha.
Pals claim that same night Paige had travelled to London from her home near Accrington, Lancs, to stay at The Dorchester Hotel where she met up with Defoe.
Defoe took Alisha as his guest on October 8 before booking the stay at a five-star Northcote Hotel for Paige's birthday on October 15.

And on October 20, Alisha moved out of the five-bed Hertfordshire mansion which she had called home since May.
Those closest to Paige say Defoe showered her in gifts during their getaway – including a £10,000 Cartier watch and £2,500 Dior bag to celebrate her turning 29.
What appears to now be the start of another whirlwind romance for Defoe, Paige has packed in her job and moved down south to be with the love rat.
A family friend told MailOnline: "Paige is really happy to have moved in.

"It has been a difficult few months but everything is working out well."
It comes after The Sun previously revealed that Paige had introduced the former baller to her family – dubbing him her "soulmate".
A pal said: “Paige has found her soulmate in Jermain and he seems serious about them. They are really happy together.”
It's reported that Paige was forced to quit her job after a scathing review left on the hotel's TripAdvisor slammed her for being a "marriage wrecker".
The now-TV pundit started bombarding Paige with messages on Instagram when she followed him after his stay.
A close source added: "[Paige's] bosses were furious when they found out that Paige and Jermain were together.
"They felt it was inappropriate that Paige had begun messaging a hotel guest."
Defoe recently left his wife Donna Tierney, 40, for Alisha earlier this year — less than six months after their £200,000 OK! magazine wedding in June 2022.
He and beautician Donna wed in front of 360 guests — including Alisha.
But The Sun on Sunday told how he began pestering a nurse for sex a month after getting hitched.

And he also messaged another woman on Instagram and asking her to meet up.
Defoe and Donna split last December and officially separated earlier this year.
