Cross-court rallying then…. Rybarikova slices a backhand into the net and IT'S ALL OVER!
What a performance once again from the 15-YEAR-OLD COCO GAUFF.

Gauff 6-3 5-3 Rybarikova*
A pair of good serves take the Slovakian to 30-0 but she then goes long with a forehand to allow Gauff a foothold in the game.
Then another brilliant rally sees both players volleying at each other at the net as Gauff nets – Rybarikova breathes a sigh of relief, Gauff is motionless, again.
Gauff battles back to deuce – and then again…
A double fault from Rybarikova brings up match point…

112mph serve – boom.
Then Rybarikova goes narrowly wide with a forehand up the line – confirmed by the challenge.
Gauff with another love service game and she is now four points away!
A quick reminder that Rybarikova reached the semi-finals here at SW19 just two years ago.

Rybarikova is being forced to try all kinds of different things just to put Gauff out of her comfort zone – her natural game is not doing enough.
Very little of it is working, though, as the Slovakian is netting far too often especially with the slices.
Gauff takes a slip with a heavy split step on the baseline and ends up in the splits – she's fine though, she's 15. She bounces back up, gives a thumbs up, and gets on with it.*
Mum Candi remains emotionless in the box, grounded and determined.
Rybarikova plays two well-crafted points to come in at the right time and keep within touching distance.
